Brewed with Hill Country well water and Blacklands Pale Moon and wheat, then fermented in stainless steel with our mixed culture of native yeasts and bacteria. We added Citra and Columbus hops to the whirlpool and later dry-hopped with more Citra. Spanish cedar spirals were also added to the fermenter when the Citra was dry-hopped.
