Lelarge-Pugeot Tradition Brut NV ChampagneTabula Rasa
Lelarge-Pugeot is a biodynamic, family run estate in Vrigny, Montagne de Reims. The family has been farming since 1799 and bottling Champagne since 1930.
Today the estate is headed up by seventh generation Dominique Lelarge, along with his wife Dominique Pugeot and their children. You may have met their daughter Clemence here at Tabula Rasa. She spends part year in California and we've been honored to host her here a few times.
The Tradition Brut is 65% Pinot Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay.
Biodynamic, organically farmed and vegan-friendly. Spontaneously fermented and unfined.
