Eclipse Chocolate is run by our good buddy Will Gustwiller down in the South Park neighborhood of San Diego, CA. Our owner Zach actually worked for Will in it's early days.

The crème fraîche caramels are enrobed in both dark and milk chocolate and lovingly sprinkled with an exotic sea salt. You've never had a caramel like this!

Eclipse uses Fair Trade Certified couverture chocolate, sourced through the Guittard family. Trusted organizations like Fair Trade USA and Rainforest Alliance carefully ensure that our chocolate is grown responsibly, purchased fairly, & that considerable resources are invested in farmer communities to promote literacy, gender equality, child welfare, & human rights.

Additionally they donate 10% of their profits as in-kind donations to charities in their community.
