American Wine Project was started in Mineral Point by former Napa Winemaker, Erin Rasmussen. Erin's mission is to change the narrative around Midwestern Wine. Many of her wines are made from hybrid varietals. 

Made from rehydrated white grape pomace, this piquette is floral and spicy - think apple blossom and cardamom. The 2020 batch features a significant portion of whole-cluster fermented white pomace, lending a coppery color, a bit of tannic structure, and a savory fruit profile.
