Muscat (40%), Sauvignon Blanc (30%), Merwah (30%)

A piquet made by adding water to fermented grape pomace and starting a second fermentation. Mersele added some organic honey from their own beehives to help kick-start the fermentation.

Aromatic and delightful at just 9% ABV!
