Deep, dark fruited, and lively! Perfect with a slight chill. Three parcels of Carignan, named “La Mariole” have been planted between 1880 and 1910. Vinification: Harvested by hand and destemmed. 

Xavier was joined by his brother, Mathieu in 2004, and they converted the vineyards to adhere to biodynamic principles, such as using the lunar calendar and herbal and plant teas as fertilisers. Instead of machinery, horses are used to plough the fields and donkeys keep the weeds in check. Domaine Ledogar was certified organic by Ecocert in 2006.

As Members of the association "Change the Aude county into wine", the young dynamic winegrowers campaign for an authentic expression of their terroir. Engaged artisans with a big heart, they are certainly part of the rising stars of the appellation Corbières.
