We have so much respect for Elisabetta Foradori! She took over the family winery at the young age of 19 and has spent her life elevating one of our favorite obscure grapes- Teroldego- in her native region of Trentino. The 'Queen of Teroldego' as she's known. We love supporting women in wine- and she is hands down one  of the best there is!

The wine opens up with dark fruits and herbal notes on the nose. It's surely full-bodied yet delicate and balanced at the same time. Complex in all the best ways.

The farming is certified-biodynamic, the fruit is harvested by hand. It's fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and with no sulfur (until racking and bottling). Aging takes place in cement tanks and used foudres of 20-40 hectoliters for about a year.
