Born in Germany, Liv Vincendeau found her way to the Loire Valley in 2000 and dedicated the next years to absorbing as much information as she could, working the land and slowly converting the small parcels that she acquired to organics. In 2014, she finally released her first beautiful bottlings of sparkling and still chenin blanc.
