80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Carignan, 10% Marsalan The grapes are hand-picked. Cold maceration first, then the grapes are destemmed, followed by fermentation in concrete tanks. All wines are vinified separately and aged in concrete tanks with a small portion of one year old Burgundian oak barrels before final blending. Lightly filtered. Light to medium bodied, delicate aromas of red cherries and rose petals.
