'Valdiba' is produced exclusively with Dolcetto grapes from vineyards that are between ten and thirty years of age. The land is located in the commune of Dogliani, in vineyards ranging from 400 to 500 meters above sea level.

A wonderful representation of classic Dolcetto that showcases what the Dogliani region has to offer. The wine is rich with juicy dark fruit accompanied by soft tannins and is fermented exclusively in stainless steel adding a subtle brightness.
