45% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Meunier

Indigenous yeast, no sulfur addition, no filtration. No dosage. This is as natty as it gets from a production standpoint for Champagne. However, the wine is as classic as it gets for Premier Cru Champagne. It finishes with great minerality and mouth-wateringly clean. I want to drink this all day long.
