100% Greco from Antonio and Daniela Gruttola in Campania, Italy, spontaneous fermented, macerated on its skins in terracotta anforas for six months, then pressed off to acacia and chestnut casks to rest for a further six months.

The Sophia definitely leans towards the far end of the Orange wine spectrum, with a deep orange color, pronounced minerality, noticeable tannins and fully expressive of these beautiful vineyards.

Antonio and Daniela are extremely proud of their native Campania. They focus on old vineyards and old fashioned farming and winemaking. They use spontaneous fermentation with skin maceration for 6 months in amphora
