Founded in 2017, Chito’s Gvino is a small, family owned and operated winery that produces traditional Georgian wine of the highest quality. Chito’s Gvino lies in the foothills of the mountains in the Kartli region, just 30 kilometers northeast of Tbilisi. It borders the historic Kakheti region, which is famous for its wine production and fertile climate.

Saperavi is a native Georgian grape that translates to the word "dye". This dark skinned, pink fleshed grape makes dark, full bodied wines with high acidity and moderate to high tannins.
