Domaine Mann, located in Eguisheim in the heart of Alsace wine country, is a family effort, with Jean-Louis Mann and his wife Fabienne for some years now joined by their son Sebastien. The family used to deliver wines to the co-op but began making their own wines in 1998.

Crisp with hints of white flowers and ripe peaches contrasted with bright minerality.
