Eclipse Chocolate is run by our good buddy Will Gustwiller down in the South Park neighborhood of San Diego, CA. Our owner Zach actually worked for Eclipse in its early days.

We have 3 flavors:

Chile Hazelnut: Milk Chocolate studded with chile, burnt caramel, candied toasted hazelnut, & smoked paprika. 38% Fair Trade Cacao. Gluten-free. Soy-free

Sea Salt Nib: Candied cocoa nib studded bittersweet chocolate with lavender-herbed sea salt. 58% Fair Trade Cacao. Vegan friendly. Gluten-free. Soy-free

Sweet Basil Mint: Mint & Sweet basil infused extra dark chocolate studded with candied cocoa nibs. 72% Fair Trade Cacao. Vegan friendly. Gluten-free. Soy-free

Eclipse uses Fair Trade Certified couverture chocolate, sourced through the Guittard family. Trusted organizations like Fair Trade USA and Rainforest Alliance carefully ensure that our chocolate is grown responsibly, purchased fairly, & that considerable resources are invested in farmer communities to promote literacy, gender equality, child welfare, & human rights.

Additionally they donate 10% of their profits as in-kind donations to charities in their community.
