The Fresh Wine Co works closely with likeminded farmers to transition vineyards in the Sonoma Valley to organic and regenerative practices. These Primitivo grapes are grown by Ross Cannard, at Benguerel Family Vineyard in Sonoma Valley. 50% was foot-trod and macerated for several hours before all being pressed together. It went to tank for fermentation, then finished dry in neutral French oak barrels. The 4 month élevage included lees stirring and 100% Malolactic fermentation.
