Gia Jamberidze’s Family Cellar farms all grapes organically without any additions, and are now implementing newer technology in their processing of wine. Their vineyards rest in the mountainous Guria region near the Black Sea, and they are a member of the Natural Wine Association.

Unlike many white wines of the region, this sees no skin contact or aging in quervi/amphorae. Herbal honey-lemon aromas yield to a palate of mouthwatering acidity, with notes of preserved lemon and an intensely briny, savory character.
