Koreaa is Judith Beck’s original field blend of many different grape varieties including Grüner Veltliner, Scheurebe, Weissburgunder, Neuburger, Welschriesling, Zweigelt and others.

The biodynamically farmed fruit is handpicked together in late August, given 3-4 days of maceration, then pressed and naturally fermented in old barrels, with aging of about 6 months on the lees.
