100% Cabernet Franc

Certified organic since 2010, the domaine produces about 4,000cs of mono-varietal cuvées which are the expression of the varietal in the terroir. Half of the domaine is planted in Chenin Blanc; the other half in Gamay and Cabernet Franc. The soil is clay, sand and silex. 

Smooth, delicious, and elegant with ripe, rich fruit accompanied by aromas of leather and cedar.
