Hailing from Lodi, California, Monte Rio's Pinkette is a blend of Gamay, Trousseau Noir, Trousseau Gris. 

Piquette is an old-is-new-again style in which the leftover skins are rehydrated in spring water and pressed again, making a second, less concentrated wine with low alcohol and high refreshment value. 

Similar to a light Lambrusco, this 7% ABV slightly sparkling wine is bursting with fresh red fruit flavors and a funky finish! 

Monte Rio is a collaboration between Sommelier, Patrick Cappiello and local winemaker, Pax Mahle.
