Okarakuchi means super dry. Made by sixth-generation owner and toji (sake maker), Hiroaki Oku, this is some serious yet easy-drinking sake! Full bodied, very dry, with pronounced fruit and acidity, think honeydew melon and lychee. A mineral-dry finish brings it all together. Perfect served chilled with sushi, pickled veggies, and cured meat.
