Vinca Minor 'Chill Red'

Jason Charles started Vinca Minor in 2013 after working for renowned Napa winery for years. Vinca Minor is a family operation with Jason's wife Emily managing day to day operations and special events.

Their chillable red from Mendocino County is made with old vine carignan and co-fermented white grapes. Aged for 6 months in neutral oak barrels then moved to stainless steel prior to bottling.
